The DC120 magnetic contact is designed specifically for applications where space is limited. The short length makes it ideal for thin framed windows and doors where longer units cannot be used. Press fit ribs on the housing make for quick and easy installation. The hermetically-sealed reed switch is potted using exclusive polyurethane compound. Switch and Alnico V magnet is drill-mounted in wood or aluminium with a suitable adhesive. The switch and magnet housing have three fins to press-fit against the mounting hole.
