The wireless repeater receives and retransmits signals from 433 MHz Learn Mode sensors to increase the distance a wireless sensor can be mounted away from the control panel or wireless receiver and is therefore ideal for installations where wireless sensors are either beyond panel reception or cannot pass the sensor test. In smart mode, up to 4 repeaters can be cascaded to further increase the wireless coverage of the wireless security system. Up to 16 repeaters can be used in one system. The wireless repeater has a tamper protection for opening the enclosure as well as for removing the unit from the wall. Its compact design and the fact there are no visible antenna's makes it suitable to be installed in any interior. The repeater is powered from the mains and includes a rechargeable lithium-ion backup battery.
